Store Credit:

Due to being a donation-based company, we can only offer store credit of the product's total, minus the $18/item that gets donated, within 7 days of goods being received. Full refunds are applicable. Any exchanges will be for items of equal or lesser value. If there is a price discrepancy, a new invoice will be issued for the new product amount, minus original payments.

This policy helps us keep our items at the most affordable, competitive rates and our donations high! 

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it unless you have reached out personally to discuss further matters.

Out-of-State Returns:

If you live outside of the Chicagoland area, you are welcome to ship your item back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for Store Credit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages marked DELIVERED.
